Each truck they drive carries $15,000 in parts, which means a high likelihood of a repair on the first visit. In fact, our first-call fix rate is 90 percent and our average response time is four hours.   UR COMPANY was founded in 1948 and incorporated in 1965. When Tim Foley, our owner and president, purchased the company in 1986, it employed only 5 people. Today that total has grown to 35. We are currently an authorized factory service representative for over 100 lines.   ATURALLY, OUR TERRITORY has also grown. It now includes the entire state of Oregon, Southern Washington and Southern Idaho. The main office, located in Portland, Oregon, is just minutes from I-5, I-205 and Oregon 217. Our 7,500-square-foot building houses the largest commerical cooking equipment inventory in Oregon and Idaho.Our Parts department is equipped with a complete selection of Factory manuals so our friendly staff can help you find what you need.   OUTHERN OREGON customers benefited by our purchase in 1993 of a company in Medford. In 1996 we started a third company in Boise, Idaho. Both of these newer branches have trained technicians and parts to keep our customers up and cooking.
