Fees and policies
Service within the Portland Metro Area. Regular time is $86.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Overtime is $129.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. to 8 a.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Doubletime is $172.00 per hour Monday-Friday 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., all day Sundays and holidays.
Shop Rate: Equipment brought into the shop by customers $72.00 per hour and a misc shop fee of $10
Truck Charge $15. Anything over 20 miles round trip is billed at 50 cents a mile. Time is billed port to port as travel and labor.
Average response time is four hours.
Overtime: two-hour
response time with a 24-hour answering service.
Parts Sales Return Policy: All sales final on electrical items; No merchandise to be returned without prior authorization, All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge. No return on special orders.

We engage third parties to perform services in connection with our daily operations. Such as payment processing, and authorization.
Product orders and shipping
We may provide information to these third parties but we authorize their use of this information only in connection with the services they perform.
Is my information secure?We use the several security measures, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to protect the information we use.
Credit card numbers are never stored on our computers unless requested by a customer. All credit card information is destroyed after use.
